Christmas drop off

It's very nice of Robyn to take care of Neo for us when we were on vacation during Christmas. Neo is only three and half month old. We didnot want to leave him at a dog hotel. When we arrived at Robyn's place, we didnot get in immediately. We asked Neo to pee first. Robyn heard us, came out, and waited for us at the front door. Neo saw Robyn, paused for a second, and then became so thrilled. He ran towards Robyn at a full speed, jumped into Robyn's arms, and kissed her wildly. I was so surprised that Neo still remembers Robyn. He left Robyn when he was only nine weeks old. Robyn said to me "Poodles never forget." Another quiddity of poodles I learned.

We brought Neo back after the holiday. He was sad. He shunned when I tried to pat him, didnot eat much, and was not eager to play. Neo's birth mom Sera and his littermate Bryce are still with Robyn. Neo perhaps still considers Robyn's place home. After a few days, he got over his homesickness, and became all happy and lively again.
